- A permanent pet-charm has been added to the Instrument Specialization line. This spell will allow a minstrel to permanently charm a pet up to 100% of their level or the maximum pet level allowed by the spell, whichever is lower.

Level 11 - Engaging Harmony - 4s cast / 0s recast - 1000 range - Max Pet Level: 26 - 25% total power
Level 21 - Engrossing Harmony - 4s cast / 0s recast - 1000 range - Max Pet Level: 40 - 25% total power
Level 31 - Enthralling Harmony - 4s cast / 0s recast - 1000 range - Max Pet Level: 50 - 25% total power
