The Champion Levels in Labyrinth of the Minotaur are a continuation of those in Darkness Rising. Where Darkness Rising took you from Champion Levels 1-5, Labyrinth of the Minotaur takes you from Champion Levels 6-10.

There's nothing different about the Labyrinth Champion Levels - if you have LotM activated, you will simply continue earning Champion Experience once you reach CL5 and until you hit CL10. To learn more about the Champion Level experience process, read the Darkness Rising Champion Levels Overview.
