Encounter Name:	Adjudicator II
Encounter Details:	The Adjudicator II is a large construct standing in front of the Great Forge of Thivek. You may be familiar with him from the new champion quests. It is red con, and not a terribly difficult fight most of the time, although the level is deceptive - it's certainly not as easy as the tier one relic encounters. Occasionally it uses a direct damage ability that can do upwards of 2000 damage, which obviously will 1-shot many players. The ability is probably either PB or FAE, however, so your most squishy characters and healers shouldn't be in too much danger. You should probably have close to a group, at least, to do this encounter.
