Encounter:	Tiller Prime Peche
Encounter Details:	Tiller Prime Peche is the leader of a group of what are apparently Minotaur farmers, deep below ground, in a solid stone room. The tillers are neutral and so can be left alone if you just want their leader. He summons a pair of pets that attack from a distance with fairly weak damage spells. He creates a TWF lookalike spell effect when summoning his pets; he can't be attacked from outside of the effect. The effect does not seem to do anything, however. Anyone who can take a red con mob normally will probably be able to do this encounter.
