Go check out Prime!: Anyone interested in DAoC may want to check out Prime: Battle for Dominus. It's kinda like DAoC, but with scifi, and jetpacks, and Sanya.

General strategy

3 teams, each team should be of about 3 groups, maybe more, maybe (hope not) less. Team1 and Team2 are the dragon slayers, Team3 is the lair cleaner.

First of all we have to clear the lair from werewolves. We pull them and we kill them, easy. When the lair is cleared someone will suicide to make the dragon move from the mound. This hero has to aggro the dragon and run as far as he can (he has to die anyway). At the same moment Team1 will run inside the lair and will take position on the mound.

Every time one team fights the dragon ALL the other teams MUST be outside the lair. When you are outside the lair you get a message like: you have left Gjapi lair or something like that. Pay attention, the more people inside the lair the tougher is the dragon. People fighting the dragon MUST STAY in melee range and ON THE MOUND. Perfect dragon slayer group has: 2 healers, 1 shaman, Runemaster with bubble, 1-2 tanks with shield, Skald, 1-2 heavy damage dealers (Berserkers, Savages, Hunters, yes Hunters).

Dragon isn't so tough, unfortunately she eats heavy and her breath smells really bad. There are 2 kind of breaths. Random one and "I was a moron I deserve to die" one. The random one is the bad one, its random (yeah random breath is random) nothing triggers it.

You hear a rushing of air as Gjalpinulva prepares to unleash a horrendous blast.

When you listen to this message you have about 10 seconds to go behind the dragon. If you aren't fast enough you have a good chance to die. Other breath isn't that bad, people outside melee range who get aggro trigger it.

Gjapi glares at "put a name here"

If you are "put a name here" leave the mound and accept your destiny.

Team1 is fighting the dragon and things go bad?
Team2 must run inside the lair and start to fight the dragon. It will be easy to get aggro. We should avoid to wait for a total wipeout before switching teams. As general rule after an AE random breath at least the 70% of the people will be rez sick, its a good moment to switch groups. Things sometimes go worse than expected. If one of the teams get completely killed the other team must run inside the lair as fast as it can. After 25 seconds without be engaged dragon starts to heal herself at crazy speed. Team3 rezzers, bots, wiped team rezzers have to go inside the lair rez the dead and go out. Dragon doesn't like it so be fast, and remember to leave dragon lair after every rez.

Sometimes werewolves and other annoying mobs spawn inside the lair. Team3 must be really fast to pull those mobs outside the lair and kill them. When dragon life is at about 40% and when dragon life is almost at 0% those pops will be huge. Be ready. The teams not engaged at the moment can help to kill those pops, don't sleep.

Easy enough ?

What do I have to do if I'm a:

Berserker
Set protect on one of your healers, start Doublefrosting all the time, not that hard.

Bonedancer
Big raids aren't the cup of tea of Bonedancers, anyway if you don't have other toons you will be a decent pop cleaner.

Healer
As always you are going to be busy all the time. Stay in melee range (stick for teh win), use only your smallest heals, and do not spam them too much, rez only the people in your group, rez people outside group only if all their rezzers are dead. Avoid every kind of instas, even perfect recovery. If after a random breath your group is almost wiped its time for sacrifice, pr the other healer, rez a tank or 2, and if you get aggro heal them with instas and die... Come with a lot of power potions.

Hunter
It's your time. Hunters are the main damage dealers. Come with a lot of slash arrows. Melee the dragon with spear, when you are sure to be in melee range start shooting at her. Rapid fire is the key.

Runemaster
Cast damage add on your group (if you are dark specced), cast bubble on people of your group who have aggro. Do not try to cast nukes, you would only waste power. If nobody of your group has aggro and you don't need to get power melee the dragon with your uber staff. Come with as many power potions as you can.

Savage
Easy role, melee the dragon, and deal as much damage as you can.

Shadowblade
If you have another level 50 toon don't worry and come with him. You are not the best class to face the dragon. Anyway if you don't have anything but a SB don't worry. Melee her to death.

Shaman
Buff your group, give end regeneration to tanks and damage shield to everyone. Don't heal, don't rez. You must stay alive. Every time one of your guys get a rez be fast to rebuff him. Melee the dragon, and rez only if your healers are taking a dirty nap. Don't forget to buff resistances.

Shaman bot
Keep them outside the lair, they will be useful as emergency rezzers.

Skald
Damage add, protect on healers, and melee all the time.

Spiritmaster
You are not good as dragon slayer, but you are an awesome pops cleaner. You will stay outside the lair killing the annoying adds that spawn inside.

Thane
Set protect on one of your healers, set guard on one of your main tanks, start hitting the Dragon with your best anytime styles and bleeding styles, switch guard if someone else in the group has aggro.

Warrior
Set protect on one of your healers, set guard on one of your main tanks, start hitting the Dragon with your best anytime styles and bleeding styles, switch guard if someone else in the group has aggro.

Potions

Haste potions, power potions, damage shield potions are always good.
Improved elixir of speed gives an extra 14% speed attack, much better than normal non aug haste healer buff.
Improved elixir of shard skin gives 3.3 DPS damage shield. Almost as good as the Shaman one.
Strong/improved elixir of power helps to cast more bubbles, to have power to rez faster.
