The Navigation system of this site is javascript, because the expansion and contraction of the content lists is integral to the site. If the nav system was just straight links, the list would be extremely long, or would need to be spread amongst various pages, making the system less intuitive. The nav system is compatible with Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, all versions of Netscape Navigator/Communicator 6.x or higher, Opera 6.0 or higher, and Mozilla 1.1 or higher. If you have problems viewing the nav bar, please make sure your javascript is enabled in your browser preferences, and you are using the most recent version of your web browser.
