WAR CE and Preorder

For those of you eagerly awaiting WAR, Mythic today released (though some had previously been leaked) details about the Collector's Edition of WAR, and made it available for pre-order at a number of online and brick-and-mortar stores. You can find info about the Collector's Edition itself at http://www.warhammeronline.com/collectorsedition, and about preordering at http://www.warhammeronline.com/ce_preorder/.

The CE includes:
A miniature of Orc leader Grumlok and his Shaman Gazbag
A graphic novel focused on the events leading to the Age of Reckoning
A hardcover, full-color, 224-page art book
Access to 12 additional quests that reward you with special items and CE-only titles
Additional "head" options for your avatar during character creation
If you preorder, you also get:

Open beta access
A head start in the live game
Bonus in-game items; one for all preorders, and a second item that varies by retailer
There are "only" going to be 60,000 of these Collector's Editions made, so... hurry and preorder yours, if you want one?

Battlegrounds Overview

I've got a new page for you today - by widespread* request, I've made a simple battlegrounds overview page. It lists the BGs, their level limits, RR limits, and notes on a few, along with the BG map. Thanks to heap on the Catacombs boards for that last part, for demonstrating that my memory was rather outdated and it might be a good idea to confirm what they look like...

Now, although I made this page, I wasn't at all qualified to do so. The information comes mostly from Herald patch notes, aside from the things I know from reading boards. I was never a big fan of battlegrounds... What I'm trying to say is, many of you are much more qualified to talk about battlegrounds than I am. So if there's something you think should be on the page and isn't, email or post it.

* By widespread, I mean one guy. Who didn't leave his name, and thus gets no credit for it. But let this be a reminder - if you want to see something on the site, ask for it! uriel@classesofcamelot.com
