You finally get some real choices here, thanks to mini-dings. Following are a few of the more likely spec choices...

Slam:
50 Flexible, 42 Shield, 41 Soulrending, 6 Parry - 0 points remaining
Certainly the most popular Reaver template, and probably the best overall as well - now that autotraining points are available to all. Slam+Levi is viewed by many as the defining Reaver ability. While I think that view overlooks the utility of Soulrending, this spec offers a very good Soulrending spec as well. This spec is geared more toward RvR than PvE - Slam is not all that useful in PvE, where it's easy enough to wait for either the Cobra or Anaconda chain to use a stun and Levi repeatedly.

50/50, AKA The Soulrending Reaver:
50 weapon, 50 Soulrending, 29 Shield, 9 Parry - 0 points remaining
Soulrending is often underestimated in both PvE and RvR - particularly the utility of the debuffs. The ability to 'double-tap' has also increased the strength of Soulrending, and this gives you the two highest lifetaps. RAs can make up for a lot of training deficiencies - Mastery of Parrying I and Mastery of Blocking I, for example, are each worth 6 trains in their respective skill. You'll get the best spells, the best style, and will still have fairly decent defense.

Going with 29 Shield and 9 Parry rather than equal amounts of both allows you to get Bash, a 7-second-stun block reactional style. This allows you to use Leviathan more often.

Max Flex:
50 Flexible, 45 Soulrending, 35 Shield, 15 Parry - 0 points remaining
The best style in Flexible, and arguably one of the best in the game, is Leviathan. Go all the way to 50 to get it. Stopping at 45 Soulrending will get you the last proc, DPS debuff, and damage add. This build lacks Slam, which makes it more suited for PvE (or, arguably, zergy RvR, where the AE abilities of Soulrending might be more useful than the 1v1 strength of Slam). Given 50 Flex and 45 Soulrending, 35 Shield (which gives you a variety of shield styles) and 15 Parry will serve you well for defense, especially when defensive RAs are added.

Slash + Bash
44 Slash, 45 Soulrending, 42 Shield, 15 Parry - 12 points remaining
For those who just don't want to use Flexible Weapons... You will get Slam, perhaps one of the best RvR abilities out there for any melee. You will also get the last damage add, Lifetap proc, and DPS debuff. With Slash you will have the option of using Amethyst Slash, a great anytime style, though you will have to give up the Slam + Levi combo to get it. But if you want to be able to do consistent damage without worrying about positioning and reactional styles, Slash is the best line in Albion.
