Inconnu
Official Description:

The Inconnu are the only non-human people of Albion. The Inconnu ("the Unknown") are small pale humanoids, with pale white skin and extremely large dark eyes. They live underground, and exist to serve Arawn, the "old world" Lord of the Underworld.

The Inconnu have allied with Albion to help retake the lost Island of Avalon, which has been overrun by the forces of Morgana. Morgana's necromantic rituals have placed her in direct opposition to Arawn, and his answer - his will - is for the Inconnu to serve Avalon. The nonhuman ways of the Inconnu make their erstwhile allies extremely uneasy, but their value in battle cannot be discounted.

Resistances: 2% Crush - 3% Thrust - 5% Heat - 5% Spirit

Strength: 50
Constitution: 60
Dexterity: 70
Quickness: 50
Intelligence: 70
Piety: 60
Empathy: 60
Charisma: 60
The Inconnu's stats are not ideal  for a Reaver, as 10 points have been taken from stats that affect the Reaver (Strength, Con, Dex, Quick) and moved to Intelligence, which serves no purpose for a Reaver (remember, the Reaver's casting stat is Piety). However, the Inconnu have an additional 5% of racial resist bonuses (most races have 10% total spread across 3 resist types; the Inconnu have 15% spread across 4). The extra resist should more than make up for the loss of 10 points in a stat; however, the reduction in Quickness is troubling for potential Flex Reavers.

Britons
Official Description:

The Britons are the people of Camelot, and the original subjects of King Arthur. Britons are the quintessential jacks-of-all-trades, capable of serving the fighting forces of Albion in any capacity, be it the healing arts of the Cleric, the arcane science of the Cabalist, the raw fury of the Armsman, or the mysterious rituals of the Necromancer. Britons are also the only people capable of picking up the staff of the Friar.

Resistances: 2% Crush - 3% Slash - 5% Matter
Strength: 60
Constitution: 60
Dexterity: 60
Quickness: 60
Intelligence: 60
Piety: 60
Empathy: 60
Charisma: 60
Britons are the epitome of Albion - middle of the road. A Briton is fairly unremarkable in combat... or anywhere else. With all starting stats at 60, you can use your 30 points without having to worry about making up for any specific weakness.

Saracen
Official Description:

Accompanying their kinsman Sir Palomides to Albion from the southern deserts, the Saracens bring a rich culture and technological acumen lost to most of the world in these dark days. Their foreign origin, along with their unusual speed and dexterity have often brought them accusations of thievery - accusations not always deserved, but which make them popular choices for scouting missions against the enemy.

Resistances: 2% Slash - 3% Thrust - 5% Heat
Strength: 50
Constitution: 50
Dexterity: 80
Quickness: 60
Intelligence: 60
Piety: 60
Empathy: 60
Charisma: 60
Saracens are more dexterous than other races, at the expense of Strength and Constitution. The loss of Strength matters not at all, at least for Flex Reavers - because Flex is 50% Strength and 50% Dexterity, losing 10 in one and gaining 10 in the other results in a wash. The Constitution loss is arguably made up for by the gain in Dexterity, since while Constitution gives you defense in the form of hits, Dexterity gives you defense in the form of increased blocking. I personally think the Constitution offers more defense than the Dexterity - but the Dexterity also, of course, increases damage.
